Refund policy

All Sales are Final:
All sales made through Sugar Monday are considered final. We do not offer refunds except as explicitly stated in this policy.

Exchange policy
  • If you receive incorrect or defective product(s), please contact us within 3 days after you have received them.
  • Returned items must be in an original condition, with packaging and tag attached, and mail your return to the following address:

  • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
  • Please note that products with discount and/or promotion cannot be exchanged or returned.

Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction:
We do not offer refunds for purchases made due to a change of mind, personal preferences, or dissatisfaction with the product or service. We encourage you to review product descriptions, specifications, and, if applicable, seek assistance from our customer service team to make informed purchase decisions.
